Details

Join us for a practical and easy-to-follow offline conference on how Ukrainians with Temporary Protection in Spain can take advantage of Law 14/2013, with a focus on digital nomad and startup/entrepreneur residence permits.

The session starts with an overview of the legal framework and official criteria from Luis Esteban Manzanares, Coordinator at the UGE, the government unit responsible for these permits. He will explain how the law is applied in practice, its compatibility with Ukrainian temporary protection, and the most common reasons for approval or refusal.

Next, Liliya Mykolayiv Kmit, a Ukrainian immigration lawyer based in Spain, will cover the practical side: real requirements for digital nomads, how startup projects are evaluated, and which ideas usually work.

We’ll wrap up with a Q&A session so you can get clear answers and understand your next steps.
