This time we will explore the topic “From Lead to Launch: Discovery, AI & Women in Tech.

The conversation will take place in a public interview format, where our moderator will guide the discussion and explore real-life experiences, challenges, and insights from the speakers. We’ll talk about how IT projects are shaped from the earliest stages — from understanding the client’s problem and running discovery, to defining solutions, building the right teams, and moving toward project launch in the age of AI.

Yaryna Lyseyko — Delivery Manager at N-iX
With over 10 years in IT, Yaryna leads a delivery unit of 140+ engineers working with 20 clients across multiple domains and geographies. Her experience spans operations management, project delivery, and building resilient teams in times of rapid growth and uncertainty.

Ivanna Bashmat — Application Architect at N-iX
Ivanna has 15 years of experience in IT and has grown from a Java Trainee to an Application Architect. Her expertise includes Java development, DevOps practices, system architecture, and implementing AI technologies in real-world projects.
